The Saint John of the Cross Lay Carmelite Community.
We are third order (lay) members of the Carmelite Order based out of St John of the Cross Parish in Mississauga, Ontario and part of the Province of the Most Pure Heart of Mary. Members come from all walks of life and are united in the Carmelite charism of prayer, community and service. This blog is a way for members to extend the spirit of community beyond our monthly meetings and also to help others learn about Carmelite spirituality and see how God is present in their lives, too!
